Itzcoatl is the current leader of the Yaguára Cartel. He’s the youngest of the family heads, only 27, but what he lacks in experience he makes up for in ruthlessness. The descendant of a veteran of the war, his family instilled in him a great sense of national pride for the True World. He clawed his way to the top of the cartel, both figuratively and literally, only 3 years ago, and now stands as one of the greatest kingpins in the history of Toril.
